Welcome to the Human Resources and Finance
department. Human Resources and Finance is a support department consisting of
the following program areas that provide services and
information for the City and it's citizens. Human Resources & Payroll Human
Resources provides administrative and technical support services to assist in the management of the City's workforce. The
primary services provided by Human Resources include:
Maintenance of the pay and classification system.
Processing of new employees.
Maintenance of employee personnel records.
Administration of the City's group medical program.
Administration of the City's employee retirement program.
Preparation of the City's weekly payroll & deductions.
Worker's Compensation Reporting.
IRS Reporting.
Accounts Payable
Manages and controls the payment of expenditures necessary for the day-to-day operation of the City.
Coordinates the issuance and disbursement of checks to vendors in payment for goods and services rendered to
the City.
