Utility Bill Automatic Draft The City Of Macclenny now offers our customers the ability to pay utility bills monthly using Automatic Draft from their checking or savings account through their banking institution. We will automatically draft (pull) your utility bill payment from your account each month for the Total Due as indicated on your Utility Bill that you receive from us each month. Simply fill out our "Utility Bill Automatic Draft Authorization" form, attach either a voided check (if drafting from checking account) or a voided savings deposit slip (if drafting from savings account) and mail it to us or bring it to our City Hall location at 118 East Macclenny Ave. in downtown Macclenny.
