The City of Macclenny has implemented a new credit card utility payment system
that allows our utility customers to
pay
their utility bill online. Payments are processed through "Point And Pay,
Inc." and convenience fees will apply.
Point And Pay, Inc. is a 3rd party service that charges the customer a
convenience fee, NOT the City Of Macclenny.
Instructions
Please completely read all of the
following instruction before proceeding!
The "Pay Bill Online" button is located at the bottom of this page!
This system requires that the customer have a
current "Payment Coupon" in order to process the payment
online. The "Payment Coupon" comes with your utility bill that we mail to
your home each month and is the part that
you would
normally detach and return to us with your payment. Please review the
instructions and examples shown below.
Steps for submitting payment:
| 1.) Enter E-Pay Number - This is your
12 digit "Account Number" shown on your "Payment Coupon". 2.) Enter Name on Card - As shown on your credit card, in CAPS or upper case text. 3.) Enter Billing Address - on file with credit card company or as shown on your credit card billing statement. 4.) Enter Billing Zip - on file with credit card company or as shown on your credit card billing statement. 5.) Enter Phone Number - on file with your credit card company. 6.) Enter Email Address - enter valid email address so Point And Pay can contact you if there is a problem. 7.) Enter Card Number - enter your 16 digit credit card number. 8.) Enter Expiration Date - enter the expiration date shown on your credit card. 9.) Enter Payment Amount - enter the payment amount shown under "TOTAL DUE" from your "Payment Coupon". 10.) Enter Comments - Optional. |
